· Job Description:
1.      Excellent communication and people skills.
2.      Proven experience into HR Operations and handled activities independently.
3.      Employee support for queries & concerns regards to Leaves, attendance, compensation etc.
4.      Well versed with all HR functions including Onboarding, Trainings, Operations, Attendance, Employee Induction and engagement activities.
5.      Maintaining database and personnel files of employees.
6.      Should have excellent hands-on experience on computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PPT) and decent typing skills required.
7.      Team player with a result driven approach.
