1. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.

2. Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system.

3. Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation.

4. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

5. Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.

 Requirements and skills 

1. Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.

2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

3. Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.

4. Great presentation and communication skills.

Schedule : Day Shift

Working Hours : 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM 

Experience : 2 to 3 years (Required)
