Logistics Executive (MIS & SAP MM Module)-IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd)- Gurgaon

IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) is looking for a resource in our Logistics team (MIS & SAP MM Experience Required) in Gurgaon location.

Looking for candidates with minimum 1 year to 3 years of experience. (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
Role: Logistics Executive (MIS & SAP MM Module)
Competency Required- Clear and Strong communication, Problem solving attitude, Vendor management, inter Departmental Liaoning. 
 
Mandatory:
·      Education- Graduate in any discipline.
·      Years of Exp- minimum 1 year experience in Central Data Management.
·      Technical Expertise- Intermediate/advance Excel, MM module of SAP(Preferred), Inventory Management (preferred).

Job Accountabilities Details of roles & responsibilities –
·      Name Badges Requisition and Distribution Management.
·      Tracking the Ordering and stock status of Agile and AOCS uniforms.
·      Daily MIS review of Uniforms.
·      Attending to and resolving uniform delivery & quality issues.
·      Monthly batch wise consolidation of physical inventory.
·      Monitoring monthly station wise posting of physical inventory in SAP.
·      Weekly STO-GI/GR closures through SAP report outputs and follow ups.
·      Maintaining and publishing monthly records of CSR, Purchase and Scrap.
·      Monthly consolidation of station wise orders and preparing the delivery schedules.
·      Execution and tracking of Daily GRNs in SAP on behalf of stations/other verticals.
·      Preparing a payment reconciliation of all vendors on monthly basis.
