Qualification - Diploma Or BE/B.Tech  In Electrical /Mechanical Engineering.

Experiance : 8 Year To 15 Year Experience In Research & Development (R&D)

Salary:-  12 LPA To 15 LPA.

Gender:- Male

Job Time:- Genral Shift.

Job Description:- 

1. Responsible of new Developed  design, 

2. Responsible for NPD & New Model launching process.

3. Involvement & Responsible for Re-design or upgradation as per customer requirements in existing products.

 3. Involvement & Responsible for new product development and review & give   feedback Product, Quality, Service & Customer point of view. 

4. Responsible New Vendor development involves a Cost reduction Process.

5. Responsible for alternative sources of parts as well as vendors.

6. New product BOM preparation & cost study data shared with management.

7. In House lab testing as per customer requirement. 

8. Communication with suppliers for rejection for critical materials. Conduct Visit investigates issue at supplier end.

9. Communicating with respective departments if any design change if required during the R & D stage.

10. Provide technical supports To plant as well as service & Godrej.

11.Provide technical supports field as well as plant team 

12. Involvement in Simulation testing during product development as well as ongoing changes.

13.Root cause analysis for field retune machine taken by correction & taken  corrective action based on Risks and opportunities. 

14.Involvement in ULICE certification process find-out new sources & Vender based  on our requirements.

15.Ensure smooth operation at assembly lines & follow the procedure /specification.

16.Reduce rejection, Increase FTR by train/guide the people.

17.Minimize the defect, occur due to poor workmanship, component failure etc.

18.Involvement in SPM projects give support for vender developments & part  developments process.
